All orders will be dispatched 1-2 days after orders are placed. For standard shipping the most efficient carrier will be used. Generally an order must be placed before 12:00 P.M. PST for it to be shipped via 2nd day or next day delivery. 2nd day and next day shipments will arrive via UPS, Fed Ex or another courier. UPS and Fed Ex do not deliver to PO boxes or military addresses. Orders that have back ordered items will wait to ship until the order is complete.
International shipment will be managed on a case by case basis with email communication to insure accurate shipping costs. Please provide us with an email that clearly states what products you are looking to purchase and your delivery details including country you are in, email address and contact number. We will then find out all costs involved and strive to email you back with in 24 hours. Before we can let any products be shipped out to customers overseas all payments will need to be made in full. All orders over 10 units might need to be charges for extra postage and we will be in touch with you if this arises. Please know that this will be to protect both parties.

Please include the packing slip as this will serve as your receipt. We recommend all shipments sent back to our fulfillment center are done so via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Truth Soul Armor is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We do not accept C.O.D
Once your item is received your order will be processed and sent back. Exchanges are typically processed with in one week of them being received at our facility. If an item(s) you are exchanging for is out of stock you will be contacted by a customer service representative. If the item(s) you are exchanging require a balance due or credit refund, the original card used to make the purchase will be used to reflect the transaction.
In the event you need to return a product, this must be completed with in 15 days of your purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been washed or are damaged. Please send returned item(s) to the address above. Please include the same information for a return item as for one you are exchanging. Shipping is not refundable. Once your item(s) is returned to our facility the original card used to purchase the product will be credited the cost of the item(s) and any applicable tax. You can expect to see the credit on your card within 7 business days from when it is recieved at our facility.
